No. The score and roadmap are guidance to help you decide, based on what you share with us, and our team reviews every roadmap before you see it. Any change to your loan is always your lender’s decision.

Where your matter needs legal help, we coordinate an independent panel advocate. TDR is not a law firm. Documents drafted for your matter are reviewed and signed by the independent panel advocate.
